SBA 8(a) - Women Owned Small Business(WOSB)

Under the US Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program , Precise Federal Consulting (PFC) can receive sole-source government contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services.
Under the US Small Business Administration, Small Disadvantaged Businesses Program, PFC meets the small business size standards for the following CLINS (list need to added below) and ownership eligibility criteria to accept set-aside government contracts.
In association with the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program, PFC is authorized for set aside federal contracts for women-owned small businesses.

GSA 8(a) STARS III

The General Services Administration’s (GSA) 8(a) STARS III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that provides agencies with flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. 8(a) STARS III allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses. The contract vehicle has a $50 Billion ceiling and may issue Fixed Price (FP), Incentive, Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour (L H) Task Orders.

Precise Federal Consulting LLC (PFC) is a prime contractor on 8(a) STARS III in all task areas including Emerging Technologies. The contract vehicle also allows contracting officers to award sole source contracts for opportunities not exceeding $4.5M in value.

HCaTS Small Business (SB) is a Best-in-Class contract which is strategically sourced, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides reliable, flexible, fast and efficient ways to obtain best-value, customized solutions for human capital management and training requirements.

HCaTS contracts provide solutions to all federal agencies through the effort of bona-fide executive, administrative, and professional employees as defined in Part 541 of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

GSA HCaTS Small Business 8(a) Contract offers numerous benefits to the federal agencies to include helping Agencies meet small business utilization goals, reduction in acquisition cycle time, pre-aualified vendors with human capital and training solutions experience. Details of HCATS contract include:

• Provides agencies with streamlined purchased procedures, cost reductions and drive process improvements;
• Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, time and materials, labor hour with very nominal contract access fee (CAF) at the task order level; and
